Unfortunately, the break (where the CZ is tension-set) is a bit sharp. The one I received was not comfortable to wear, and would actually snag on fabrics and hair. This was the first ring I had to return to this company; the second was 6MM Ladies Tension Set Titanium Ring Wedding Band with CZ size 7, because both gems fell out as soon as I opened the box. Very unhappy with the quality from this company.
