(More customer reviews)I purchased this ring after carefully reading the description and evern emailing the seller regrading the quality and rating of the ring. Yes it arrived and was beautiful however i noticed a chip in the diamond had to send it back and was told and had to pay an extra $400.00 for a higher grade diamond for better quality! yet the description originally never stated that it would have obvious flaws only flaws that could only be seen under 10 X magnification! Well I paid the extra $400.00 and in return yet another flawed riing with a black mark in the stone near the prong! with no certificate or new paper work with the supposed quality after speaking directly with Anna the sales rep with request of the certificate and quality rating. I was told I would for $400.00 more receive a S1 flawless blue diamond I got back a light colored diamond with flaws and no paper work. I emailed them trying to still salvage this transaction only to be told they sent a flawless diamond and to send it back if I was not happy! No mention of their possible error or non compliance in sending the paperwork! No compensation or effort for correction! this company is horrible and has no integrity and definatly has been shipped their ring back! No let see if I get all my money back a ring the originated as $899.00 to $1299.00 with flaws. For a company that I had to call all the way to New York from San Diego with a wedding in a coupe of weeks this was just what I needed a company that has no morals!
