And we happened to see this one and I could not stop talking about it but I so afraid to order not just any jewelry but an engagement ring. A few days of thinking and I decided to get in touch with the company. After an email, I was speaking to someone within ten minutes ! I had some questions regarding return policy, details on the ring and general questions about the company. Well, I am glad I did because that gave me the confidence to order the ring. The ring arrived at the promised date and ..... I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT !!! The ring was as described and I was happy to see it was exactly what i wanted.
I have to say this company has excellent customer service - awesome prices and beautiful jewelry !!!! thank you for wonderful experience !
