I dropped my ring off the bath tub ledge and my stone came out. When I received the ring one of the prongs was not exactly straight but it seemed that it had to be in that position to hold the stone.The stone did not have any movement so I assumed it was secure. Poor setting. I contacted the seller to have the ring fixed and the email I received stated that the ring needed to be in unused condition, however there is a lifetime warranty on this ring if the stone is to come loose. But how can that be if they will only allow one to send in an unworn ring?
